Join us as we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The season of Lent begins with our Ash Wednesday service. Also, the Labyrinth will be set up in the social hall and special services will be observed during Holy Week. You are invited to make use of these resources and services to prepare for the passion and resurrection of Christ.  During Easter, we will observe the Day of Ascension, the fortieth day after Easter Sunday when we remember Christ’s ascension to heaven.  The day of Pentecost celebrates the gift of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the church. Come and help us prepare the way, remember the passion, and give thanks to God for our new life together in Christ.

·         Ash Wednesday:............... Service of Ashes & Communion, 7pm on Feb. 22

·         Sundays of Lent................ February 26 – April 1, 2012.

·         HOLY WEEK:  Special Lenten services the week of April 1st, 2012:

o  Palm Sunday................. Procession of the palms

o  Maundy Thursday........ Meal and communion (6pm in social hall)

EASTER:......................................... Sunday service at 11am in the Sanctuary

  ·         Sundays of Easter............ April 8 - May 20, 2012.

·         Ascension Day.................. Thursday, May 17. Worship at 7pm.

PENTECOST:................................ Sunday, May 27, 2012.  Worship at 11am.
