OUTLINE OF STORY:

PROPS / ACTIONS:
  1. Noah breaks up fight between two puppets.  God looks displeased.  God calls Noah and tells him to build an ark.

 

·        Noah and fighting puppets on lower stage.  God on upper.

·        God uses phone to call Noah.

·        Noah hangs up phone, takes up a hammer and begins hammering on the stage.  The Golden Arches (McDonalds) appear.  God calls Noah again.  God shakes head.  Noah bangs Arch down and begins hammering.  Ark appears.

 

2.      Noah calls the animals onto the ark.  They come by twos. God comes down and closes the door of the ark and makes sure it is secure.

 

·        The animals are stick figures.  A pair of skunks keep trying to come on board, but Noah keeps sending them away.  Finally God calls, so Noah puts a stick-up (deodorizer) on the skunk and lets them on.

 
  1. The rains come and the ark begins to float on the water.

 

·        Lights flicker on and off.  Sound effects of a storm.  Water rises and ark floats.  Noah sticks head out of door.  Just them, light flashes, and thunder sounds – Noah quickly closes door.

 
  1. The storm subsides.  The waters go down.  Noah send a bird out of the ark.  It returns with evidence of new growth.  Noah lets the animals off the ark.

 

·        Water goes down.  Lights come back on full.  Bird comes back with a McDonalds bag.

 
  1. God puts rainbow in the sky

 

·        Noah acts scared to leave the ark.  God calls Noah but Noah shakes his head.  God, who has been watching all the time, then puts a rainbow in the sky.  Noah leaves the ark.  Lights go down.
