Puppet is driving in a car. She is excited about the good grade she received on a test. A police officer pulls her over and gives her a ticket for passing (getting good grade).

OUTLINE OF STORY:

PROPS / ACTIONS:

· Puppet is driving in a car

· Puppet is excited that she has gotten an A+ on her paper and will graduate.

· Lights come up

· Puppet in car in middle. Puppet is holding paper with an A+ on it

· Policeman pulls puppet over

· Policeman gives puppet a ticket

o Puppet asks why

o Policeman asks what she has in her hand

o Puppet explains her grade

o Policeman points to traffic sign and says, “Can’t you read the sign? There’s no passing!”

· Puppet stops for police car

· Enter Policeman

· Policeman hands ticket to puppet

· Lights go down.
